06 November 2024 UPDATE: Bluegumbosch Municipal Property‼️ As previously communicated, people illegally occupying municipal land in Bluegumbosch have been interdicted. The interdict reads in part, as follows: “A Rule Nisi do hereby issue, calling upon the Respondents to show cause (if any) at 09h30 on the 5th December 2024 why an order in the following terms should not be finally granted: • It is declared that Portion 1 of the Farm Bluegum Bosch 199, Harrismith Registration District, Free State Province (hereafter "the subject property")is owned by the Applicant (MAP) and that the Respondents have no entitlement in law or otherwise to occupy, seize or use same; • The First (Nchaga Mokoena) and Second Respondents (All Unknown and Unidentified Persons) are ordered and directed to disassemble any and all incomplete and unoccupied structures erected by them on the property, remove all building materials; • The First and Second Respondents are thereafter interdicted and prohibited from: •• Loitering or gathering upon the subject property without the Applicant's consent; •• Taking occupation or possession of any portion of the subject property; •• Clearing vegetation from, marking-out or otherwise allotting any portions of subject propertyas purported and prospective residential erven; •• Erecting structures of any description on the subject property and also from digging, levelling, or performing any other preparations in anticipation of building activities; •• Bringing, leaving or storing any building materials on the subject property; •• Intimidating, verbally abusing or threatening any employee, contractor, agent or official of the Applicant or the Sheriff of Court in the execution of their duties in respect of the subject property; •• Directly or indirectly inciting, taunting, encouraging, instigating, prompting and/or provoking other individuals to perform any of the acts described in paragraphs above; • The First Respondent (Nchaga Mokoena) is prohibited from selling or offering for sale or rent, any property or portions of property registered in the name of the Applicant, including the subject property; • The Sheriff(s) of this Honourable Court and/or the South African Police Services are authorised and directed to remove and expel from the subject property any of the First and Second Respondents who refuse to comply with paragraphs above, where applicable.” #worktoserve
